Framing Contractor for Residential & Commercial Structures
SAWA's framing crews take over the moment the foundation cures. We frame ground-up homes, hillside residences, additions, and commercial buildings in lumber, and build out offices and tenant improvements in metal stud. Framing in-house means the structure goes up on the schedule we committed to, not the one a sub can offer.

FAQ
Structural Framing: common questions.
Yes. We take framing-only scopes for GCs, developers, and owner-builders across the Los Angeles area, in addition to framing our own projects.
Most commercial and tenant-improvement interiors use metal stud framing for fire rating and speed, while residential structures are typically wood. We do both and will recommend the right system for your project and code requirements.
Yes. We build foundations and framing for rebuilds in the Altadena, Pasadena, and Pacific Palisades areas, and we understand the expedited permitting paths available to fire-affected owners.
