The Founder
The builder is still on the ground.
Peter's path into construction started in childhood. Driving the freeways of Los Angeles, his father would point to the buildings rising along the route and tell him: "One day, that's what you'll be doing." By seventeen, Peter was overseeing his first project.
Since then he has worked on hundreds of ground-up construction sites, hands-on across foundations, drilling, and concrete work through to full-scale developments. He built his expertise in the field, surrounding himself with seasoned professionals and mentors with decades of industry experience.
Peter stays ahead of the curve: constantly researching modern techniques, building new connections, and integrating the latest advancements in construction. It's how SAWA stays at the forefront of the industry, and how every client gets a builder who is still, personally, on the ground.
