We build new foundations, structural concrete, and framing for families rebuilding, and we build new custom homes on the foothill lots that were always challenging to develop.

Altadena is unincorporated Los Angeles County, so permits run through LA County Building and Safety rather than the City of Pasadena, with expedited paths for like-for-like fire rebuilds. The foothill lots north of Altadena Drive and along the canyons are steep, with bedrock close to the surface in some areas and deep alluvium in others, which is exactly the ground our drilling and foundation crews work in every week.

Yes. We self-perform the foundation, concrete, and framing and manage the rest of the build under one contract, with an owner-led team based five minutes away in Pasadena.
Altadena is unincorporated, so LA County Public Works Building and Safety handles permits and inspections. We work with the county's rebuild program and expedited review.
Sometimes. Fire-damaged foundations must be evaluated by an engineer, and many are replaced. We assess the slab and footings early so the plans reflect what is actually salvageable.
